It is these experiences, considerations and ideas that we lay bare in our labour of love and relaunch edition.

WE PAY ROYALTIES
We are excited to embark on a royalties model for paying both featured artists and our team, which is an approach that reflects our belief in bold experimentation. Our model means all contributors share the financial reward: the more sales we get, the more we all get paid.

Our vision is to be an invigorating and positive force in our community beyond Issue 31. With some funding in the kitty, we will be able to publish more editions of Unless You Will Journal and progress a few other ideas we have been percolating.
Royalties paid quarterly for 12 months, then all profits go to the Future Fund.
Cause
We will donate a percentage of our profits to Victorian Aboriginal Legal Aid and the Two-Spirited People of the First Nations to support the vital work both organisations are doing for Indigenous people in Australia and Canada.

Unless You Will Journal was free for many years. A labour of love it was, sustainable it was not. Love doesn’t pay the rent!
